Welcome to Club Kitchen Terms and Conditions. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one week (7 days) before the scheduled service date.

  • Air B-N-B bookings made at the time of stay or within one week of the service date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • All deposits are non-refundable. 

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be rescheduled once within 30 days without penalty.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of your service will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • No-call, no-show appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Refunds are only issued in the event that Club Kitchen cancels for reasons within our direct control. If cancellation is required due to client-related circumstances (including failure to provide access, incomplete payment, or miscommunication), no refund will be issued.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are per person, unless otherwise stated.

  • Seafood, lamb chops, and premium cuts are considered upgrades and will be billed accordingly.

  • Travel fees may apply depending on the location and distance.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, or Cash App.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide a clean and safe working environment if services are rendered offsite.

  • If kitchen access is required, please ensure all necessary appliances are functional and clean.

  • Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us at the time of booking.

Service Limits

  • Meal preparation services are limited to the number of people agreed upon at booking.

  • Additional guests or last-minute menu changes may result in added fees.

  • Spa services are subject to availability and provided only by licensed professionals.

Photography & Media

  • Club Kitchen reserves the right to take photos and videos during your experience for marketing purposes.

  • If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in writing prior to your service.

Liability

  • Club Kitchen is not responsible for allergic reactions if allergies were not disclosed in advance.

  • We are not liable for any damage or injury incurred due to improper use of space or equipment not belonging to Club Kitchen.
